Make sure to pack your device nice and snug to keep it safe during shipping! Use plenty of bubble wrap and place it in a sturdy box. If there are any parts that can get fall off its socket in transit—like a graphics card in a desktop—try to unplug and pack them separately. Not sure how? No worries, just wrap those parts extra carefully with bubble wrap to keep them protected on the way.
How to Send Your Device to Us
Shipping usually falls between 100kr and 300kr (within Sweden), depending on how big and heavy your device is. But don’t worry, we make sure it’s securely packed and safe on its way back to you! We use trusted carriers like Postnord and DHL, so you can relax knowing your device is in good hands the whole journey.
Once your device is repaired, we’ll send you an invoice, and as soon as the payment is received, we’ll ship your device back to you, fully insured and with tracking. You can pay easily via Swish, or choose the invoice option—whatever works best for you!
