How Should I Pack My Device?

Make sure to pack your device nice and snug to keep it safe during shipping! Use plenty of bubble wrap and place it in a sturdy box. If there are any parts that can get fall off its socket in transit—like a graphics card in a desktop—try to unplug and pack them separately. Not sure how? No worries, just wrap those parts extra carefully with bubble wrap to keep them protected on the way.

How to Send Your Device to Us


  1. Fill Out the Service Form
    Start by filling out our simple service form online—this helps us understand what’s wrong with your device and how we can help.

  2. Pack Your Device Safely
    Take extra care when packing your device. Wrap it up snugly in plenty of bubble wrap, and make sure it's secure in a sturdy box. If there are any loose parts (like a graphics card in a desktop), try to either remove them and pack them separately or cushion them well with bubble wrap. Don’t worry, we know packing can be tricky—just aim to keep it safe!

  3. Include Your Reference Number
    Be sure to pop your reference number inside the box. You can print it or just handwrite it on a note—whatever works for you. This helps us easily match your device with the details from your form.

  4. We'll Take It From Here
    Once we receive your device, we’ll jump straight into troubleshooting. We’ll assess the issue and get back to you with a price estimate. No hidden fees or surprises, just clear communication.

  5. Shipping It Back to You
    After we’ve completed the repair, we’ll send your device back fully insured and with a tracking number, so you can keep an eye on it every step of the way.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Shipping usually falls between 100kr and 300kr (within Sweden), depending on how big and heavy your device is. But don’t worry, we make sure it’s securely packed and safe on its way back to you! We use trusted carriers like Postnord and DHL, so you can relax knowing your device is in good hands the whole journey.

How should I pay?

Once your device is repaired, we’ll send you an invoice, and as soon as the payment is received, we’ll ship your device back to you, fully insured and with tracking. You can pay easily via Swish, or choose the invoice option—whatever works best for you!
