We accept assignments from all of Sweden. You can send your material to us, or if you are in the area we can meet up in Uppsala for delivery. Within Uppsala we can also in some cases come to you (if it is not far).

Yes, in Uppsala we can often meet up for drop-off. In some cases, we can also come to you within Uppsala if the distance is not far.
We usually deliver in a modern and easy-to-play format (e.g. MP4) that works on most devices. If you have any special requests, please ask us and we will try to solve it.
The quality depends a lot on the condition of the original, but our goal is always to get the best quality possible. Old tapes may have noise, color changes or damage, but we optimize playback and recording for a stable result.
The time depends on how many tapes/films you have and the current queue. Contact us with the number of tapes and formats and we will give you an estimate.
Yes, absolutely. Many customers have a mix of VHS, Video8/Hi8, MiniDV and sometimes even Super 8/Standard 8. We'll help you keep your material organized.
We handle your material with care and keep it safe during the process. Originals are often irreplaceable, so we treat them accordingly.
If you send more than 3 videotapes or more than 30 minutes in narrow film, we will pay the return shipping. Otherwise it costs 89kr.
Contact us and let us know approximately how many tapes/films you have and what formats. We will guide you further with drop-off, pick-up/meeting in Uppsala or shipping from the rest of Sweden.
We currently take payment via Swish or Invoice. The Swish payment is made before we send back your material (also applies to download links). The invoice has a due date of 14 days. Cards and cash will be available in the near future.
